Job Description We are looking for a fast paced, detail-oriented property inspector to inspect vacation rental properties on a contract bases. In this role, you will evaluate properties for compliance with company standards. You will check commonly used items like tv controllers, drawers, door handles, and faucets to ensure they are functioning properly. You will also check to ensure the property has all items promised to guests by our company. You may be required to perform small maintenance repairs in the event that you detect one during an inspection. You will communicate large maintenance repairs, and other important findings, to the respective departments upon completion of your inspection. Job Responsibilities Commuting to and from properties in your respective territory Performing inspections for cleaning and maintenance issues Performing small maintenance repairs Reporting large maintenance issues Preparing properties for guest and owner arrivals Managing property inventory and staging Delivering needed items to guests Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Available to work weekends and holidays. Previous experience in the vacation rental industry. (Requested but not required) Schedule Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Work schedules vary based on turnover needs. Weekend work required.
