Must have:

Dependability Knowledge in building strand, lashing/over lashing, retro fitting, pole transfers, vertical grounds, and building and repairing aerial telecommunications transmission lines. 3+ year experience in Coax/Aerial construction Proficient in new build, splicing, fiber installation, and pole transfers Ability to utilize bucket trucks, climb poles as needed, and utilize standard tools of the trade.
