Cake Decorator Position:
The cake decorator's main responsibility is to help fill, ice, design and decorate store size/custom cakes(including tiered celebration/wedding cakes) covered in both buttercream/whipped cream Culinary school training is a plus, but not necessary.WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE A MUST IN THIS INDUSTRY
Must work with Fondant, Buttercream & Whipped Cream Cakes The ideal candidate will:- Have well developed artistic talents that include a skilled sense of composition, balance and design.
- Have a great eye for color and the ability to accurately recreate a color from a swatch..
- Be able to create designs with or without reference materials.
- Have a positive, high energy, friendly, enthusiastic, team-oriented attitude.
- Be professional, reliable, organized and efficient, with excellent time management skills.
- Be able to handle high pressure and volume, and work quickly.
