In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various metal roofing, siding, and architectural sheet metal components on commercial and residential buildings. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors on diverse construction sites, utilizing your technical skills and craftsmanship to bring architectural visions to life. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine installation requirements. Install metal roofing and siding systems, ensuring proper alignment and weathertight systems. Execute different types of siding installations, including fiber cement and lap siding, caulking, and trim carpentry tasks with precision. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to cut, shape, and secure sheet components for a strong and sturdy system. Perform roofing repairs and maintenance on existing structures while adhering to safety protocols such as harness use and ladder safety procedures. Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely across outdoor work environments while following construction safety regulations. LOOKING FOR ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS.

•Construction experience with a focus on roofing, siding installation, or architectural sheet metal work. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and construction plans. Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations including the use of safety harnesses, ladders, and adherence to OSHA standards. Skilled in the use of hand tools (e.g., snips, hammers) and power tools (e.g., drills, saws) for precise installation tasks. Ability to perform outdoor work comfortably in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety protocol adherence.
