Cabinet Installer & Shop Assistant We manufacture and install custom cabinets and are seeking a skilled cabinet builder to join our team. Bob's Cabinets & More has been serving the local community for over 25 years and is the premier cabinet company in Lake Havasu City. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of previous cabinet building experience including framed and frameless cabinetry. Experience in laminated tops and solid surfaces along with cabinet installation are all pluses.

• Perform installation and maintenance tasks according to project and schedule specifications while ensuring our high standards of quality are maintained.
• Review and interpret layouts, diagrams, technical drawings, verbal instructions, and other project documentation.
• Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure proper fit and installation.
• Install various components such as cabinets, countertops, knobs, handles, closet systems, and storage cabinets.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
• Conduct repair work as needed.
• Load, transport, and deliver cabinets and materials to customers and job sites in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure items are securely loaded to prevent damage during transit and during delivery.
• Follow delivery schedules and routes as directed.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle.
• Receive and organize deliveries of materials and hardware.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Help with packing and labeling finished products for delivery.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and instructions from management.
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned. Work and Experience Qualifications

REQUIRED

• 3 to 5 years of previous experience in frameless and/or framed cabinetry building.
