Job Description

My small business is growing, and I need to find someone that can grow with it. Cabinet Installer, Maker, and Woodworker, where your craftsmanship and attention to detail will bring custom cabinetry and woodwork projects to life. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and finishing high-quality cabinets, furniture, and wood fixtures for residential and commercial spaces. Willing to train the right candidate, or willing to pay for experience. We build custom, one of a kind furniture pieces, while maintaining a heavy focus on custom cabinetry. This position offers an opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to craftsmanship excellence. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinets, countertops, trim, doors, and other wood fixtures using hand tools and power tools for woodworking. Operate woodworking machines safely to fabricate custom components with precision. Ensure power tool safety protocols are followed at all times during fabrication and installation processes. Handle heavy lifting safely when transporting or positioning large cabinetry components or wood fixtures on-site. Execute finishing tasks such as caulking, sanding, staining, painting, or sealing to achieve polished results. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety standards related to power tools and construction site practices. Experience Would prefer a candidate with experience, however it is not a disqualifier. Pay depends completely on experience. Experience in residential carpentry with a background in cabinet making and woodworking. Hands-on experience with hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers; power tools including drills, sanders, routers; and woodworking machines like table saws or CNC routers. Knowledge of construction estimating procedures for material procurement and project planning. Experience working with door hanging, trim installation, cabinet installation, running woodworking machinery, and spray finishing is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team on complex remodeling or restoration projects. Join us if you're passionate about woodworking craftsmanship!
