We work on a wide variety of projects, including graphic installations, retail fixtures, trade show and convention props, specialty displays, and custom fabrication. Our clients include well-known convenience stores, retailers, restaurant chains, retail pharmacies, and national brands. We are looking for someone with a background in the trades who is comfortable working with their hands and solving problems in the field. Finish carpentry experience is a strong plus, but we are open to candidates with experience in other skilled trades who have the right attitude and aptitude. What We're Looking For Experience in a skilled trade, construction, installation, fabrication, or a related field Finish carpentry skills are a plus Able to read and follow plans, drawings, and installation instructions Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship A self-starter who can take ownership of a project and work independently Comfortable working as part of a team when a project requires it Able to troubleshoot and find solutions when conditions in the field aren't exactly as expected Professional, reliable, and comfortable interacting with clients and customers Good communication and organizational skills Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and online platforms. Installers are responsible for uploading completion photos and project documentation to multiple client platforms promptly and accurately. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Physically able to lift, carry, install, and work on fixtures and displays as required The Job No two projects are exactly alike. Depending on the project, you may be: Installing graphics and signage Installing retail fixtures and displays Building or assembling props and specialty pieces Performing finish carpentry and detail work Fabricating or modifying components in the shop or in the field Traveling to job sites throughout the country Working independently or as part of an installation crew Representing our company directly with clients and on-site personnel Photographing completed work and submitting required documentation through client platforms Travel, weekends, evenings, and overnight work are sometimes required based on our clients' project schedules. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys variety, doesn't want to do the same thing every day, and takes pride in figuring out how to get the job done correctly. We are also a team, and being willing to jump in, communicate, and work alongside others is just as important as being able to work independently. Professionalism is a must.
