When we're done, they don't have to worry about leaks again. That matters. We're hiring someone who wants to learn a skilled trade , take pride in their work, and grow into a key role in a small, high-quality operation. What you'll do: Prep RV roofs (sanding, stripping, taping) Assist with installs and component removal/reinstall Work with hand tools and coatings Learn a specialized roofing system most shops don't offer You might be a fit if you: Like working with your hands Pay attention to detail and take your time to do things right Show up on time, every time Want to learn something valuable—not just punch a clock

Requirements:

Comfortable working at heights (~13.5 ft) Basic hand tool experience (or willingness to learn fast) Reliable transportation Positive attitude and work ethic

Pay & Growth:
