In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality custom cabinets and installing them with precision and care across residential projects. Your expertise will help transform living spaces, ensuring each installation meets our high standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from custom cabinetry to remodeling, utilizing your carpentry and woodworking skills to deliver exceptional results. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately build and install cabinets and related fixtures Measure spaces precisely and cut wood or other materials using hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines Assemble cabinet components, ensuring proper fit, finish, and functionality before installation Install cabinets, doors, trim, siding, drywall, and other wood construction materials on-site with attention to detail Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely while adhering to power tool safety protocols Conduct finishing work such as caulking, stucco touch-ups, rebar installation, plastering, and mold remediation as needed Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure installation aligns with construction plans and specifications Skills Extensive experience in residential carpentry, trim carpentry, framing, and remodeling projects Proficiency in reading blueprints, construction plans, and interpreting technical drawings Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools for woodworking, woodworking machines, and other construction equipment Knowledge of wood construction materials including siding, drywall, flooring materials, and fixtures Strong understanding of power tool safety standards and best practices for heavy lifting on construction sites Experience in the restoration industry or with fixture installation enhances versatility Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced construction environments while maintaining quality standards Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your expertise to exciting residential projects.
