In this role, you will craft custom cabinets, furniture, and wood fixtures with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will contribute to high-quality residential projects, remodeling jobs, and restoration work. Duties Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate cabinet fabrication and installation. Measure, cut, assemble, and finish wood components using hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines. Construct custom cabinets, furniture pieces, trim work, siding, doors, and other wood fixtures according to project specifications. Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure designs meet expectations while adhering to safety protocols like power tool safety guidelines. Requirements Proven experience in carpentry or construction estimating with a focus on residential carpentry or remodeling projects. Strong ability to read construction plans and interpret technical drawings accurately. Proficiency with hand tools , power tools and woodworking machines. Knowledge of wood construction materials such as plywood, MDF, hardwoods, siding materials, drywall components. Familiarity with construction site safety practices including power tool safety procedures. Experience in framing carpentry or trim carpentry is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during material handling or fixture installation. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay:

$22.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
