Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Division 10 Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of building components and fixtures according to blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications. Your expertise will ensure that all installations meet quality standards, safety protocols, and client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from remodeling to new construction, utilizing your skills in carpentry, installation work, and finishing trades. Duties Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately install fixtures, partitions, bathroom accessories, bathroom paper towel dispenser, toilet paper dispenser, lockers, mirrors, flag poles, baby changing station, division 10 materials, etc. and other building materials. Use hand tools and power tools proficiently for precise installation of flooring, wall finishes, trim work, and custom fixtures. Measure dimensions with tape measures and other tools to ensure accurate placement and alignment of materials. Follow safety guidelines and use ladders properly to access elevated areas during installation tasks. Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to verify adherence to specifications and standards. Collaborate with project managers and team members to coordinate installation schedules and resolve on-site challenges efficiently. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris regularly throughout the project lifecycle. Experience Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on Division 10 specialties such as partition installation, fixture installation. Familiarity with Plan Swift software for reviewing construction plans and managing project documentation. Hands-on experience with construction management principles including scheduling, safety protocols, and quality control. Knowledge of construction estimating processes and inspection procedures to ensure accuracy in material usage and compliance. Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and following detailed construction plans accurately. Experience working with framing carpentry, remodeling projects, and building material installation. Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients or project stakeholders when needed.
