Location:
In-Person (Treasure Valley area with occasional regional travel) About the Role We are seeking a meticulous, highly reliable Precision Graphics & Specialty Architectural Installer who takes immense pride in flawless execution. In this role, precision measuring and an uncompromising eye for detail are absolute musts. A fraction of an inch can make or break a high-end commercial install, so we need someone who double-checks every measurement, respects the craft, and delivers perfect results every time. We produce, fabricate, and install a wide variety of custom architectural products—including wall murals, interior and exterior custom signage, window film, sound reduction panels (acoustics), and custom display graphics. You will work closely with design teams, business owners, and general contractors on custom interior buildouts, requiring both expert hands-on skill and collaborative problem-solving.
Execute exact, mathematically precise layout measurements and surface prep (drywall repair, cleaning, and priming) to guarantee flawless adhesion and zero tolerance for alignment errors.
Specialty Installation:
Expertly install custom wall coverings, vinyl graphics, window films, dimensional signage, and acoustic paneling across diverse substrates (composites, metal, wood, and soft materials).
Craftsmanship & Finishing:
Utilize finish carpentry and trim skills to make exact adjustments, ensuring seamless joins, clean edges, and perfectly level alignment.
On-Site Collaboration & Problem Solving:
Work alongside design teams, project managers, and general contractors to determine the safest and most efficient installation methods for complex, custom fabrications.
Unwavering Reliability:
Show up on time, fully prepared, and ready to execute. Safely operate company vehicles and represent the team with professional integrity on every job site.
Safety & Quality Control:
Adhere strictly to safety protocols, tool maintenance procedures, and high-standard quality control checks before signing off on completed work.
Proven ability to measure accurately to the millimeter and align complex visual graphics flawlessly.
Experience:
Background in vinyl graphics/window film/wallpaper installation, finish carpentry, drywall hanging, or specialized trade assembly.
Dependability:
Outstanding work ethic, punctual attendance, and a reputation for being trustworthy and thorough.
Adaptability:
Willingness to continuously learn new fabrication and installation techniques for specialized materials.
Travel & License:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be willing to travel to project sites throughout the Treasure Valley and occasionally beyond.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift heavy materials, work on ladders/scaffolding, and stand for extended periods during 8-hour shifts. Compensation & Benefits Company Vehicle & Gas Card provided for work-related travel
