Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Builder/Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cabinetry, with experience in cabinet installation and fabrication. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and proficiency with various hand and power tools. The Cabinet Builder/Installer will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and installing cabinets in residential settings. Duties Construct and assemble cabinets according to specifications and blueprints. Install cabinets, fixtures, and related components in various environments. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Perform trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and other woodworking tasks as needed. Collaborate with team members on construction projects to ensure timely completion. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area on the construction site. Assist with heavy lifting during installation processes. Requirements Proven experience in carpentry, cabinet installation, or related fields. Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus. Ability to lift heavy materials as required by the job. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
