We specialize in permanent exterior LED lighting for residential and commercial properties. We are seeking applicants with previous hands-on experience in construction, roofing, electrical, carpentry, or similar blue-collar trades. You must already be comfortable using power tools, taking accurate measurements, and working safely on ladders. We will train you on our lighting system, but expect you to bring the fundamental skills, attention to detail, and craftsmanship needed to produce professional-quality work from day one. Responsibilities Install permanent LED lighting tracks and wiring along exterior rooflines and soffits. Accurately measure, cut, align, and fasten materials. Operate drills, impact drivers, tape measures, ladders, and other installation tools. Maintain clean, straight, professional installations with attention to detail. Assist with wiring, troubleshooting, and quality control. Keep job sites organized, clean, and safe. Requirements Proficient with drills, impact drivers, and tape measures. Previous experience safely working on extension ladders and at heights. Hands-on experience in construction, roofing, carpentry, electrical, or a related trade strongly preferred. Ability to accurately measure, cut, align, and install materials. Strong understanding of basic tools, fasteners, and installation techniques. Detail-oriented with pride in craftsmanship and finished work. Physically capable of performing outdoor installation work. Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently with a team. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who knows their way around a job site. Someone who can pick up a drill, read a tape measure, work confidently on a ladder, and understand what a clean, professional installation should look like. Previous permanent lighting experience is not required. However, prior hands-on trade experience and basic tool proficiency are essential.
