We are seeking a full-time Sales Designer (Kitchens, Bath & Flooring) to join our team in Valparaiso, IN. What You'll Do

• Assist contractors and retail customers in selecting kitchen, bath and flooring products including carpet, hardwood, vinyl and ceramic.
• Design kitchen/bath layouts using 2020 Design Software
• Provide quotes and price estimates for kitchen, bath and flooring projects
• Calculate material needs and close sales with confidence
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up on project outcomes
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends What You Bring
• 2+ years of kitchen, bath or whole house design (preferred)
• 2+ years of floor covering sales or installation experience (preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints (a plus)
• Sales-driven mindset with strong communication and math skills
• Comfortable using computers and sales tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
