We have:
a shop space, an active client pipeline, project management, permitting and client handling.We need:
an experienced carpenter or cabinetmaker who wants to run their own custom work without chasing clients.Possible arrangements:
Use of our shop in exchange for priority on LF Homescapes projects Per-project subcontract pricing A revenue-share partnership on a dedicated custom carpentry division Ideal partner: Proven experience in built-ins, cabinetry and millwork (a portfolio is required) Insured, or willing to get insurance Professional, reliable, and able to quote and deliver on schedulePay:
