Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenters / Cabinet Makers of all levels of experience to join our dynamic construction and woodworking team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality custom cabinets, furniture, and various wood, metal and plastic interior features, ensuring precision and craftsmanship in every project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on high end commercial projects, utilizing your expertise in carpentry and woodworking to bring clients' visions to life. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional results on time and within scope. Duties Interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints to accurately execute projects. Measure, cut, assemble, and install custom cabinets, trim, doors, siding, flooring, and other woodwork using hand tools and power tools for woodworking. Operate woodworking machines safely to fabricate components with precision. Install fixtures such as doors, windows, moldings, drywall, stucco, and siding with attention to detail. Ensure adherence to safety standards such as power tool safety protocols while handling power tools for woodworking and construction site equipment. Requirements Proven experience in construction blueprint reading, assembly, finishing, and trim carpentry. Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques using hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines. Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety practices related to power tools and heavy lifting. Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately. Skills in fabrication processes including CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery operation when applicable. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site during remodeling or restoration projects. Construction site experience with a focus on quality workmanship in both new builds and restoration industry settings is highly desirable. Pay:
$15.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
