Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Experienced Cabinet Builder and bring expert craftsmanship to custom cabinetry projects. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing high-quality cabinets and woodwork, interpreting detailed construction plans, and ensuring precision in every piece you create. Your expertise will contribute to transforming residential spaces with beautifully crafted, durable cabinetry that meets client specifications and industry standards. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to accurately build cabinets and related woodwork. Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking, including saws, drills, sanders, and CNC machines, ensuring safety and precision. Fabricate custom cabinetry components, including frames, doors, drawers, and trim, adhering to project specifications. Install cabinets, fixtures, doors, siding, and trim on residential construction sites with attention to detail. Perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of large or bulky materials safely on-site. Conduct quality inspections throughout the fabrication process to ensure craftsmanship meets industry standards. Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople on-site to coordinate installation schedules and address any design or structural issues promptly. Experience Proven experience in residential carpentry, cabinetry fabrication, or woodworking with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Skilled in construction estimating, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and understanding construction plans. Hands-on experience with woodworking machines, hand tools, power tools for woodworking, metal stud framing, concrete forming, plastering, masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, and fixture installation. Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques and mold remediation is a plus. Familiarity with the use of CNC machinery for precise fabrication is desirable. Construction site experience including framing (including metal studs), siding installation, door hanging, drywall finishing (caulking/stucco), remodeling projects, and heavy lifting tasks. Strong understanding of power tool safety protocols and proper handling of wood construction materials. Additional skills such as rebar installation, restoration industry experience, construction painting or remodeling are advantageous. Pay:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
