Job Description Installer Bozeman, MT If you're an experienced carpenter, installer, or construction professional who takes pride in precision work, this is an opportunity to take your skills beyond the typical jobsite. A growing luxury design and fabricationpany in Bozeman is looking for an Installer to join its team. You'll work with one-of-a-kind, custom-built pieces including architectural metalwork, cabinetry, staircases, fireplace surrounds, elevatorponents, wall panels, and other high-end design features. This is a great fit for someone with a background in carpentry, custom construction, millwork, cabinetry, or architectural installation who enjoys challenging projects w quality and attention to detail matter. Why You'll Want This Job $35/hour and up, depending on experience Work on unique, high-end custom projects-not repetitive production work Variety of projects, locations, and installation challenges Opportunity to work alongside experienced designers, fabricators, and project managers Transparentpany culture with direct access to leadership Travel required for project installations Medical, dental, and vision insurance withpany contribution for qualifying employees 401(k) PTO Paid holidays What You'll Be Doing Install custom architecturalponents at residential andmercial project sites Work from architectural drawings, plans, and specifications Complete detailed installations using hand and power tools Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and other trades Troubleshoot field conditions and find practical solutions without sacrificing design or quality Safely transport and handle high-end custom pieces Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites Communicate project progress and installation issues with the team What We're Looking For Construction, carpentry, cabinetry, millwork, installation, or similar hands-on experience Comfortable reading architectural drawings and construction documents Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Confident using hand and power tools Able to problem-solve and adapt when conditions in the field change Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and work on your feet throughout the day Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willing and able to travel for projects Ability to meet required background, driving record, and drug-screening requirements Get in touch!
