Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and Custom Woodworker to join our dynamic team. Will train the right motivated person . In this role, you will bring craftsmanship and precision to a variety of woodworking projects, from residential furniture, commercial furniture, outdoor furniture, and other wood products made for selling online and at various shows or flea markets. Your expertise will help transform design visions into tangible, high-quality wood products, ensuring every detail aligns with client specifications and safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your skills and fuel your passion for woodworking. This job pays strictly on commission for all wood products sold since we will be providing all tools, materials, build designs, and you will be providing the labor. This is a position for someone who loves woodworking or wants to learn how. Duties Interpret wood design plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute custom woodworking projects. Operate hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines safely and efficiently to cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood components. Measure and perform heavy lifting of wood materials and finished products while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to power tool safety standards at all times. Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks or custom fabrication to meet project deadlines. Hands-on expertise with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines preferred for precise craftsmanship, but will train. Knowledge of safety protocols related to power tools and heavy lifting. Involved in loading and unloading wood, wood prep, finish sanding, staining, and attendance during shows or flea markets when selling completed wood products. $300.00 - $1,000.00 per week
