Responsibilities:

As a member of our team, you will be instrumental in crafting and finishing exquisite wood products.

You will:

Learn to use professional spray equipment. Apply high-quality finishes (stains, lacquers, paints) to cabinets and millwork. Utilize hand tools and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble wood components for various products. Utilize hand tools and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble wood components for various products. Install fixtures and components with precision to ensure high-quality finishes. Collaborate with design teams to interpret specifications and create custom wood products. Restore and repair wooden items as needed, maintaining the integrity of the original design. Adhere to safety protocols while operating tools and equipment in the workshop. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety. Participate in quality control processes to ensure all products meet Vigilant's standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a woodworker or similar role Proficiency in using hand tools and woodworking machinery effectively. Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Basic knowledge of restoration techniques is a plus but not required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
