Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed construction drawings to accurately execute remodeling projects. Perform drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, and finishing to create smooth, polished surfaces. Install flooring materials such as tile, hardwood, laminate, or carpet with precision and attention to detail. Handle fixture installation including cabinetry, lighting fixtures, doors, windows, and hardware components. Conduct carpentry tasks such as trim carpentry, door hanging, framing, and cabinet fabrication to enhance interior aesthetics. Operate power tools and hand tools safely for tasks like concrete forming, masonry work, roofing repairs, and heavy equipment operation when necessary. Ensure all work complies with safety standards by performing construction inspections and adhering to building codes. Manage construction site activities efficiently while coordinating with team members to meet project deadlines. Perform restoration work including plastering repairs, caulking, painting touch-ups, and general finishing to restore or improve interior spaces. Utilize Bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation management. Skills Extensive construction management experience with a focus on interior remodeling projects. Proficiency in construction estimating to accurately bid projects and manage budgets. Strong knowledge of construction inspection procedures ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Electrical experience including wiring, fixture installation, schematics reading, and electrical work safety standards. Skilled in building finishing techniques such as drywall taping & mudding, painting, plastering, stucco application, and caulking. Expertise in plumbing installation and repair within interior spaces. Ability to operate hand tools like saws, drills; power tools such as grinders; heavy equipment when needed for site prep or concrete work. Experience with flooring installation—tile laying, hardwood flooring—and concrete finishing techniques. Familiarity with masonry work including brickwork or concrete forming; welding skills are a plus for structural modifications. Knowledge of glass installation for windows or partitions; fixture installation including cabinetry and lighting fixtures. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately; understanding of schematics related to electrical systems and plumbing layouts. Experience in restoration projects involving plastering or stucco repairs; fabrication skills for custom carpentry pieces.
