Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Carpenter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bring your expertise in residential carpentry, framing, and finishing to help us execute high-quality remodeling projects. Your hands-on experience with construction plans, woodworking tools, and safety protocols will be essential in delivering top-tier results for our customers. Responsibilities Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute carpentry tasks Measure, cut, assemble, and install various wood construction materials including cabinetry, trim, flooring, and fixtures Operate hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and woodworking machines safely and efficiently Perform framing work using traditional wood framing techniques for residential projects Handle heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining adherence to power tool safety standards Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met with precision and quality Requirements Strong background in residential carpentry with expertise in trim carpentry, framing, and flooring installation Proficiency with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, woodworking machines, and construction site equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining focus on safety protocols for power tool use Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in assembly and fixture installation Valid construction site experience with a focus on safety standards including power tool safety practices Join us to bring craftsmanship excellence to life!
