Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant and Showroom Attended to join our team! This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with showroom management, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and seamless administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to support daily office functions and customer interactions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop versatile skills in a professional setting while contributing to a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly, assist with showroom inquiries, and direct guests appropriately Manage multi-line phone systems, answer incoming calls promptly, and handle customer questions with professionalism Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and inviting Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Support office management tasks including calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Assist with customer service by providing support via phone or in person, addressing concerns efficiently and courteously Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations Experience Prior office or administrative experience is preferred, especially in roles involving front desk or receptionist duties Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential for managing communications effectively Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs better Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and basic data entry skills Experience with bookkeeping or financial record keeping using QuickBooks is a plus Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant can be advantageous but is not required Join us to be the friendly face of our office while supporting essential administrative functions!
