You will run a small crew, deliver high-quality craftsmanship, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead the demolition existing space down to studs, prep area for plumbing, install backing, perform wet area installation of custom made materials Ensure all work meets company standards, safety rules, and local building codes Train, direct, and support an apprentice or junior installer on best practices Communicate professionally with homeowners, address concerns, and ensure a clean, protected work area Review project packets, load materials, and keep projects on schedule Qualifications 5+ years of residential construction or bathroom remodeling experience Proficient in basic construction, drywall patching, fixture trim out, and wet area waterproofing Able to lift over 100 lbs and stand for 6-9 hours a day Familiarity with basic hand and power tools Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Valid Drivers License and insurable to drive company vehicle About Powers Bath & Remodel Powers Bath & Remodel is the exclusive bath remodeling partner for The Home Depot throughout Bend, Redmond, Medford, Klamath Falls, Grants Pass, Eugene, Corvallis and Roseburg.
