Our focus is residential and light commercial remodeling in the Salem, OR area. An Experienced Siding and Framing Lead can do the following: install siding sections to closely match existing siding, cut and frame to replace dry rot, frame additions and modifications to existing structures, estimate time and material needs, and delegate to a team. Any additional skills such as flooring, tile, sheet vinyl, ect. would make you an excellent candidate and asset to our team. Leadership experience is also considered; our Crew Leaders are often responsible for quality control and work assignments for less experienced team members.

FULL TIME MONDAY-FRIDAY, OCCASIONAL WEEKENDS PAY RANGE

$22-30 hourly based on experience

Requirements:

Must provide your own vehicle, fuel, and basic tools. Must be willing to travel to sites ranging from the Portland area to Corvallis. Most of our projects are in the Salem area, but we accept projects throughout the Willamette Valley.

Experience:

Minimum five years as a framing and siding installer and/or team leader is preferred.

Self Motivated:

You are often part of a small crew, but may be required to work on your own. Must be capable of completing quality work within requested deadlines with minimal supervision.

Team-Player:

Collaboration and clear communication are essential to a successful project. Must be professional with coworkers, team leaders, vendors, and clients of all backgrounds.

Punctual:

Must consistently arrive at sites at agreed upon times and be proactive about communicating unavailability.
