Job Description

Job Summary Clark Cabinets is hiring a Kitchen Cabinet Consultant to assist customers with kitchen cabinet selections, layouts, product options, and project requirements. This role works with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable cabinet solutions, prepare project information, and coordinate with sales, design, and installation teams. Common Job Roles Kitchen Cabinet Consultant Cabinet Design Consultant Kitchen Design Consultant Cabinet Sales Consultant Kitchen Cabinet Specialist Key Responsibilities Meet with customers to understand kitchen layout, style, storage, and budget requirements Recommend cabinet styles, materials, finishes, hardware, and accessories Review measurements, floor plans, and project specifications Assist customers with cabinet layouts and product selections Prepare quotes, product information, and project documentation Coordinate customer orders with sales, design, warehouse, and installation teams Verify cabinet dimensions, quantities, finishes, and accessories before orders are finalized Communicate project updates, delivery information, and installation requirements to customers Maintain accurate customer and project records Assist with resolving product questions, order discrepancies, and service concerns Keep showroom displays, samples, catalogs, and product information organized Follow company procedures and customer service standards Requirements Previous experience in cabinet sales, kitchen design, home improvement, construction, or customer service is an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of measurements and spatial layouts Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Basic computer and design or sales software proficiency Ability to manage multiple customer projects and deadlines Professional, customer-focused, and reliable Preferred Skills Experience with kitchen cabinet design or remodeling projects Familiarity with cabinet dimensions, materials, hardware, and installation requirements Knowledge of kitchen design or CAD software is a plus Strong sales, consultation, and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving and project coordination abilities Ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams About the Company Clark Cabinets operates in the kitchen cabinetry and home improvement industry, providing cabinet products and project support for residential spaces. Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 34.0 per week
