Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of building material installations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will help bring construction plans to life, contributing to the successful completion of residential, commercial, or remodeling projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hands-on work and construction excellence. Duties Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute installation tasks. Install building materials such as tile masonry, flooring, fixtures, doors, gutters, and other structural components following detailed specifications. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to cut, shape, and assemble materials on-site. Measure dimensions precisely with tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit and alignment. Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle. Perform remodeling tasks including plastering, caulking, concrete finishing, and fabrication of custom components. Assist with construction management activities by coordinating with team members and following project timelines. Qualifications Proven experience in construction installation, remodeling, or related fields such as carpentry, masonry, or flooring installation. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and interpreting technical drawings or blueprints. Knowledge of construction management practices and estimating processes is a plus. Experience with Bluebeam software or similar digital markup tools is desirable. Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, concrete forming, plastering, fabrication techniques, and fixture installation. Ability to work safely at heights using ladders and scaffolding while maintaining proper safety standards. Pay:
$18.00 - $28.00 per hour
