Cabinet Installer Location:
Bucks County, PA (On-site)
Pay:
$25-$38+ per hour, based on experience and skill level
Total Compensation OTE:
$70,000-$85,000/year Build High-End Custom Homes with a Team That Values Craftsmanship Worthington & Shagen Custom Builder, Inc. is seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter / Cabinet Installer to join our team serving custom residential projects throughout Bucks County. This position is specifically geared toward a carpenter who takes pride in detailed, high-quality finish work. While our team handles a variety of carpentry needs, we are especially interested in candidates with hands-on experience installing cabinetry, doors, trim, millwork, and other finished architectural details . If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy seeing a high-end project come together through quality craftsmanship, we would like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Install kitchen, bathroom, and custom cabinetry. Perform interior and exterior finish carpentry. Install doors, windows, baseboards, casing, crown molding, and other trim. Complete punch-list and detail work to a high standard. Make field adjustments and modifications as needed for proper fit and finish. Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and measurements. Work safely and maintain clean, organized job sites. Coordinate effectively with project managers, other carpenters, subcontractors, vendors, and homeowners. Assist with other carpentry and construction tasks when needed. Qualifications 3+ years of professional carpentry experience , preferably in finish carpentry, cabinetry, remodeling, or custom residential construction. Demonstrated experience installing cabinets, trim, doors, millwork, or similar finished products. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Ability to accurately measure, cut, fit, and install finished materials. Comfortable working with standard carpentry tools and equipment. Dependable, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to adapt to different projects and assist with other carpentry work as needed. Valid driver's license required. Experience working in custom homes, residential remodeling, or high-end residential construction is strongly preferred. Pay and Benefits Full-time, W-2 employment $25-$38+ per hour , based on experience and skills
