Additional skills such as plastering, rebar installation, drywall work, stucco application or water damage restoration are considered a plus. Knowledge of metal stud framing, mold remediation or flooring installation is advantageous for versatile project support. Strong communication skills to interpret technical drawings accurately and collaborate effectively with team members.
