We are currently hiring electricians, subassembly construction specialists, ceiling installers, ceramic tile installers, and flooring installers for our growing modular manufacturing business. We pride ourselves in building quality and train our workers to the same standard. Responsibilities Assist with the fabrication, assembly, and installation of modular building components according to detailed construction plans and blueprints Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and efficiently Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise dimensional measurements and proper installation of building materials Perform construction inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols throughout each project phase Install fixtures such as doors, windows, cabinetry, and other building components following manufacturer instructions and blueprint specifications Perform other duties as assigned when needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all safety procedures

Qualifications:

Proven experience is highly recommended however we are willing to train the right candidates Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders safely and effectively Excellent attention to detail combined with strong teamwork skills & reliable adherence to safety standards & project timelines Excellent measurement skills using tape measures and other dimensional tools for accurate fabrication and installation Must be able to perform heavy lifting tasks, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of time. Familiarity with reading & interpreting construction plans, blueprints, & technical drawings is highly recommended We don't just offer jobs-we build careers.
