Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment. Installation of Custom Millwork in the field What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of hands-on custom cabinetry building experience. Ability to independently build cabinetry from shop drawings and cut lists. Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, renderings, and detailed specifications. Working knowledge of woodworking machinery and shop equipment. Understanding of cabinet construction, joinery, hardware installation, and finishing processes. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and overall fit and finish. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work through challenges without constant supervision. A strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in producing high-quality work. Ability to work well with a small team while taking ownership of individual responsibilities. Experience with high-end residential cabinetry, custom built-ins, architectural millwork, or specialty woodworking is a plus. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience, skill, and craftsmanship. Paid time off (PTO) available after 90 days of employment. A small-shop environment where quality craftsmanship is valued and your work makes a visible difference. The opportunity to build unique, high-end projects rather than repetitive, production-line cabinetry. A team that values work-life balance, accountability, and doing the job right.
