Cannabis Extraction Operator We are hiring an Extraction Operator to join our crew. Shifts are A.M . Shift 6:00am -2:30pm, P.M. shift (2:00pm-10:30pm) cannabis manufacturing team. This role is part of a 3-person crew responsible for processing cannabis biomass into concentrates in a high-volume production environment. This is bulk manufacturing — not boutique work. The pace is fast, the work is repetitive, and attention to detail is critical. What This Job Is Production-focused, hands-on work Repetitive processes with strict SOPs Physically and mentally demanding at times Team-based environment where output matters daily Preferred Qualifications Cannabis industry experience Basic understanding of extraction processes Experience in lab, manufacturing, or production environments Basic computer skills Mechanical aptitude (comfortable with tools and equipment) Ability to learn quickly and adapt as processes evolve Strong multitasking and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines Requirement This position requires the use of respiratory protection as an essential function of the job. As a condition of performing respirator-required duties, employees must be medically cleared by a physician or other licensed health care professional to safely use the required respirator and must successfully complete all applicable respirator fit-testing requirements. The Company will provide the required medical evaluation and fit testing at no cost to the employee in accordance with Cal/OSHA respiratory protection requirements. Medical information obtained through the evaluation will remain confidential, and the Company will receive only the healthcare professional's determination regarding the employee's ability to use a respirator and any applicable work or respirator-use limitations. Responsibilities Execute daily production tasks to meet output targets Follow all safety, compliance, and SOP requirements without exception Accurately document production and equipment activity Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready workspace Assist with equipment operation, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance Schedule Overtime expected during high production periods Weekend shifts may be added as needed Compensation Hourly rate: $23- $25 an hour Benefits 4 paid holidays per year: July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day PTO accrual: 1 hour earned for every 26 hours worked PTO and sick time are combined PTO cap: 80 hours Approximately 14 paid days off annually for full-time employees
