For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com. Seeking a Senior Technician to execute battery cell and component-level stress and reliability testing in support of engineering test programs. Senior Technician, preference to candidates with hands-on experience in battery cell and component-level stress and reliability testing (specifically shock, heating, and impact) and to candidates experienced in operating Instron testing equipment. Because this role is defined primarily by demonstrated bench capability, vendors should present the education and years-of-experience profile they consider appropriate for a senior technician and support it with representative resumes and a summary of comparable test-floor placements. Expected to deliver test setups developed and installed in accordance with technical standards; documented Standard Operating Procedures; prepared test samples; executed mechanical tests covering shock, compression, bending, tensile, and drop, along with controlled heating tests; and recorded and reported results.

Responsibility:

Develop and install test setups in accordance with technical standards Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Prepare test samples, execute tests, and record/report results Perform mechanical testing including shock, compression, bending, tensile, and drop testing Perform controlled heating testing

Qualification:

Experience with battery cell and component-level stress and reliability testing - shock, heating, impact Experience operating Instron testing equipment Mandatory tools: Instron test systems and their associated control and acquisition software ͏

Experience:

3-5 Years . The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $140,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
