Pay $20.00 per hour Background / Drug Screen Background Check Required Drug Screen Required We are hiring a Manufacturing Associate / Production Operator to support production operations from raw material processing through final product packaging. This hands-on manufacturing position involves operating equipment, monitoring production processes, handling materials, checking product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment. Candidates with experience as a Manufacturing Associate, Production Associate, Production Operator, Machine Operator, Production Worker, Process Operator, Chemical Operator, General Laborer, Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, Packaging Associate, or Manufacturing Technician are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Support manufacturing operations from raw materials through final product packaging Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment Monitor production processes and products for quality and accuracy Perform equipment startup and shutdown activities Maintain accurate production counts and documentation Handle materials and support packaging operations Cross-train across multiple production line positions Perform basic equipment cleaning, greasing, and adjustments Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free production area Follow SOPs, PPE requirements, quality standards, and safety procedures Support chemical handling and manufacturing processes as assigned Perform general labor duties as needed to meet production requirements Participate in safety and continuous improvement activities Perform confined-space work after completing required training, including periodic tank cleaning using appropriate tools and equipment Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse, chemical processing, or similar industrial experience preferred Ability to safely lift up to 55 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical work Ability to work mandatory overtime and some Saturdays Strong attention to detail Basic math skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to read and follow SOPs and equipment procedures Ability to multitask and monitor multiple processes Comfortable working in a plant environment with varying temperatures Ability to work in confined spaces after completing required training Chemical or light chemical manufacturing experience preferred Forklift experience is a plus Understanding of industrial safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and hazard communication Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team If you have experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, chemical processing, packaging, material handling, warehouse operations, or general labor , we encourage you to apply.
