SILK SCREEN PRESSMAN

$30.
00/ hour + $1/hour shift differential for 3rd shift (Pay commensurate with experience). Get paid every Friday!
Follow all applicable sop's (standard operating procedures). Read and understand job ticket specifications and be able to comprehend all information on the ticket to the extent of reporting any problems. Able to perform and consistently maintain published set-up requirements; (i.e.) correct stock, inks, screen, etc (attached). Able to maintain consistent production results per scheduled requirements. Complete all paper work. Daily labor reports. Audit procedures compliance. Record quantity of sheets on the job ticket, and record ink usage information on job ticket. Able to consistently produce quality printing per established requirements. Maintain press pm schedule (oil/lube) on a weekly basis. Maintain excellent housekeeping and departmental organization. Maintain established safety procedures within department (i.e.) personal, hmis and solvent/water base disposal. Maintain all company procedures per "sop manual". (M0200-m0215) Perform other duties as assigned by silkscreen manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years' experience High school diploma. Ability to follow written job instruction, and set up the press per "sop". Lifting up to 30 lbs and carrying screen frames. Must possess problem-solving skills on press operations. Must have a strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to work and run a press unsupervised. Good math and computation skills Good computer skills Must possess thorough knowledge of press operations, functions, and general maintenance.
