Education:
AAS preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required Description The Process Technician IV supports engineers in improving manufacturing processes through machine setups, collection and analysis of production samples, and collection and analysis of process data. This role plans and executes experimental trials, conducts testing and measurements throughout production, and helps evaluate process methods for effectiveness, efficiency, and operator comfort. Requirements Considerable technical knowledge and experience working in a manufacturing environment. Comfortable working collaboratively with Engineers and Manufacturing Operators. Independently identifies and resolves the majority of problems and ambiguities by examining relevant facts and evidence. Seeks direction on issues that cross functional areas or may have broad operational impacts. Coordinates activities beyond routine tasks and responsibilities. Recommends process improvements and consistently meets or exceeds deadlines. Maintains confidentiality and ensures compliance with applicable procedures and requirements. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience supporting manufacturing processes, machine setups, production testing, and data collection/analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with engineers, manufacturing operators, and cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Additional Information No third party resumes will be accepted.
