  • Wilson Management Level Non-Management Job Category Production & Skilled Trades Position Summary Bridgestone seeks energetic and motivated individuals to join their manufacturing team in Wilson, NC.
As a Manufacturing Production Operator, you will operate various machine, chemical, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications. The ideal candidate enjoys troubleshooting and problem-solving. Responsibilities Set-up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products Maintain accurate daily production records Other duties as assigned
SCHEDULE
Full-time, rotating 12-hour, day/night shiftwork. 2-week rotations. Scheduled to work 14 out of 28 calendar days. Day Schedule Week 1: 7am
  • 7:30 pm, 2 days on, 2 days off (36 hours regular pay) Week 2: 7am
  • 7:30 pm, 3 days on, 2 days off (40 hours regular pay and 8 OT pay) Night Schedule Week 1: 7pm
  • 7:30 am, 2 days on, 2 days off (36 hours regular pay) Week 2: 7pm
  • 7:30 am, 3 days on, 2 days off (40 hours regular pay and 8 OT pay)
WAGE:
Starting wage is $24.00 per hour with opportunities to earn $32.75 per hour within 2 years and $33.12 within 5 years.
