D-SHIFT Thursday-Sunday/Friday-Sunday; from 6pm-6:30am, will train on A-Shift Monday-Wednesday/Monday-Thursday; from 6am-6:30pm 2nd SHIFT 2pm-10:30pm will train on 1st shift Mon-Friday; from 6am-2:30pm 3rd SHIFT Monday-Friday; from 10pm-6:30am; will train on 1st shift Mon-Friday; from 6am-2:30pm Responsibilities Operate manufacturing and/or packaging line(s) to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, supporting company policies, goals, and objectives for an 8 or 12-hour shift. Tend manual or semiautomatic systems processing chemical substances into products such as sealants, adhesives, mortars, primers, and intermediates. Load solid materials into heating/cooling vessels or blending tanks, and set controls or operate valves to feed materials through equipment. Observe chemical reactions, monitor gauges, signals, and recorders, and receive notifications to adjust operating parameters as needed. Draw samples for quality control analysis and perform chemical tests/QC checks to ensure product conformance with specifications. Utilize forklift to package, palletize, shrink-wrap, and stage products into designated areas or onto trucks for transportation. Perform related duties and assist with special projects as assigned, ensuring conformance with safety rules to maintain plant safety. Requirements High School graduate; trade school certification in electronics or related field a plus Ability to read, write, and comprehend documents in English Able to lift up to 74 lbs. repeatedly throughout the work shift Ability to understand, analyze, and resolve technical problems in the work area Ability to work the shift schedule where opening exists System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
