CNC Machine Operator - Day Shift (Pay DOE)The Russellville Penmac Branch is hiring a CNC Machine Operator for a local manufacturing company. Requirements for the CNC Machine OperatorAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, CAD designs, and schematicsBasic math skills, including algebra and geometry for measuring tolerancesStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityMechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor machine issuesAbility to use measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometersAbility to stand for extended periods and lift materials as neededManufacturing or CNC machining experience preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCNC Machine Operator ResponsibilitiesLoad raw materials into CNC machines and prepare equipment for productionRun test cycles and start or stop CNC machinery as requiredMonitor machine speeds, feed rates, and production processes to identify tool wear or operational issuesMeasure finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure compliance with blueprint specificationsPerform quality inspections and verify product accuracyClean work areas and complete routine machine maintenance tasksRefill coolant, lubricate machine components, and replace worn tool inserts when necessaryRecord production data, measurements, and machine issues in production logsFollow all company quality standards and safety proceduresPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk throughout the shiftFrequent bending, reaching, and lifting of materialsAbility to work safely around machinery and manufacturing equipment
