Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC 3/4 axis Mill machine operator and play a vital role in producing high-precision components for the defense and aerospace industries. As a key contributor to our manufacturing facility, you will fully operate, set up, and maintain our Haas Mills- setting up and running lathes is a plus. Duties Operate 3/4 axis Haas mills, ensuring precise execution of complex machining programs Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications to produce accurate parts Set up tooling, perform dry runs and be able to fully operate 3, 4 and 5 axis mills Conduct routine inspections using precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers to verify part dimensions and quality standards Perform routine maintenance on the machines, including keeping them clean and operating efficiently. Maintain detailed documentation of production activities, quality checks, and machine settings for traceability and continuous improvement Skills Strong knowledge of operating CNC 3 and 4 axis machines preferred, lathe operating is a plus Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding GD&T for accurate manufacturing Familiarity with Haas controls for changing offsets and running programs Basic math skills necessary for calculating dimensions, tolerances, and machine settings

Pay:

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
