Shift Training:

1st Shift, 5:00 AM-1:00 PM for approximately 1 month Job Summary We are hiring a CNC Machine Operator for a busy manufacturing and machine shop environment in Tempe. This is a great opportunity for someone with some CNC experience and basic measurement skills looking to build their skills in a hands-on manufacturing setting. Job Duties Operate and monitor CNC machines Inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications Use calipers, tape measures, and Go/No-Go gauges Follow production instructions and quality standards Perform basic measurements and quality checks Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Qualifications Some experience working with CNC machines Familiarity with calipers and tape measures Ability to use or learn Go/No-Go gauges Strong attention to detail Manufacturing or machine shop experience preferred Reliable attendance and willingness to learn

Training Requirement:

Candidates hired for 2nd shift must be available to work 1st shift (5:00 AM-1:00 PM) for approximately one month for training before moving to the regular 2nd-shift schedule.

Pay:

$18
