Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Lead to setup and Operate to join our team in the heart of precision machining. In this role, you will play a crucial part in producing high-quality components that meet our clients' specifications and contribute to our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Program CNC machines using appropriate software for optimal performance. Conduct quality control checks to ensure parts meet specifications. Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator or similar role. Proficiency in CNC programming and operation. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read blueprints. Familiarity with quality control processes and precision measuring instruments. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
