Overview:
We are seeking a CNC Setup Machinist who will be responsible for Setups and running CNC Mills & Lathes (G-Code) to produce parts according to customer specifications, designing and manufacturing dies as well as repairing broken dies. The ideal candidate has machine shop experience and a passion for precision and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Setup and operate CNC Mills & Lathes to produce high precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters to ensure efficient production. Perform regular maintenance and trouble shooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with production team members to optimize manufacturing process and improve product quality. Inspect and measure finished products and compare them to customer requirements. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
Ability to read manufacturing blueprints Setup / run Lathes & Mills (G-code) Familiar with Fusion 360 and Esprit is a plus. Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators, gauge blocks, pins, CMM) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork abilities Running EDM a plus

Based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule:
10 hour shift / 4 day work week 7:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday -
