Ideal candidates have experience as a CNC Lathe Set-Up, CNC Lathe machinist, CNC Operator CNC Machinists - CNC Lathes; Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines according to job requirements. Read and interpret blueprints, dimensions, and tolerances. Install tooling, set work and tool offsets, and make adjustments as needed. Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring equipment. Troubleshoot setup and machining issues to maintain quality and production. Monitor tool wear and replace tooling as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of CNC setup and operating experience. Ability to complete setups and produce parts to print. Strong understanding of cutting tools, offsets, and machining practices. Proficiency with precision measuring instruments. Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and clear communication.
