Fusion Sign and Design is currently seeking a full-time CNC operator with experience in the sign industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the sign industry using Multicam router and Enroute software, and be familiar with all types of materials; aluminum, steel, acrylic, Maxmetal, etc. The gifted candidate must be able to read shop drawings, hold a strong work ethic and maintain a "Can-do" attitude even under stress.

Qualifications/Requirements as follows:

• 1+ years' experience in CNC production
• Proficient using Enroute software
• Experience working with, loading, setup, and operating CNC equipment
• Know how to read shop drawings and create files for each job
• Competent working with wood, acrylic, laminates plastics, steel and aluminum
• Sign industry experience
• Must be reliable, detail oriented and a team player
• Should be able to work independently and solve problems on your own
• Be able to follow preventive maintenance schedules each week on equipment
• Must be able to lift to 40 lbs
• Show pride in workmanship
• Demonstrate the ability to represent Fusion Sign in a professional manner
• Portray a "Can-Do" attitude to always meet deadlines and due dates The job requires working with production manager, shop foreman and other department heads each day to ensure the jobs are completed on or before they are due.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, and sometimes on the weekend.
