Job Description

Company Overview:

Join our dynamic and growing millwork company, where craftsmanship meets cutting-edge technology. We specialize in high-quality custom woodwork for commercial projects, and we're looking for a skilled CNC Operator to help bring our designs to life. We are seeking a CNC Operator with at least 1 year of experience operating CNC machinery in a millwork or woodworking environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and passionate about precision manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for (among others) the following tasks: Set up and operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce custom wood components. Interpret technical drawings and CAD files Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment Ensure quality control and adherence to specifications Collaborate with production and design teams to optimize output Maintain accurate records related to production and machine performance.

Requirements:

To be considered for the CNC Operator position, you must meet the following criteria: Minimum 1 year of CNC experience in a millwork or woodworking setting (desired experience with BIESSE machines) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Familiarity with CNC software and tooling Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
