Responsibilities:
- Assist Operators in rigging and fabricating metal components
- Prepare workpieces for welding by cleaning, grinding, and cutting materials
- Assist in setting up and operating CNC equipment
- Follow codes and standards to ensure quality and safety
- Assist with pipe threading and installation
- Use hand tools to measure, cut, and shape metal components
- Assist with sheet metal and ductwork fabrication
- Perform basic machining tasks as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as grinders, saws, and drills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials 18 plus only
