•2nd Shift in Suwanee, GA. This full-time role offers a pay rate of $22.00 per hour with shift hours from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday through Thursday. Join a precision manufacturing team and work with CNC mills, lathes, and machining centers, producing close-tolerance metal components. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced candidates with a mechanical aptitude and knowledge of blueprints, tools, and measurement instruments. You will load and unload workpieces, interpret blueprints, perform inspections, and make adjustments to ensure product specifications are met. Maintaining equipment and adhering to safety standards are essential components of this role. Pay Rate $22.00 per hour Available Shift Times Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-1:30 AM Key Responsibilities Operate CNC mills, lathes, and machining centers Load/unload workpieces, ensuring proper positioning Follow CNC programs, setup instructions, and process sheets Read and interpret blueprints and specifications Conduct in-process dimensional inspections using precision tools Make offsets or adjustments within established procedures Monitor tool wear and escalate issues Complete accurate production and quality documentation Maintain a clean and safe work environment Meet safety, quality, productivity, and scrap targets Key Requirements Previous CNC machine operation experience Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools Basic understanding of CNC tooling and machine operation Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Dependability and ability to work the full second-shift schedule (Preferred) CNC setup/changeover experience and experience in manufacturing gears, drivetrain, automotive, or heavy equipment components Find your next opportunity with Integrity!
