Job Description

CNC Plasma Cutting Table Operator Join Our Fabrication Team We are a custom metal fabrication company specializing in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum, serving the water treatment, grain handling, and manufacturing industries. Because we build a wide variety of custom products for diverse customers, our employees have the opportunity to work on new projects, learn new skills, and take on different challenges regularly. We are currently looking for a CNC High Definition Plasma Cutting Table Operator to join our fabrication team. Position Responsibilities Operate a CNC High Definition Plasma Cutting Table. Load and unload material using an overhead crane and by hand as appropriate. Palletize and organize cut parts coming off the cutting table. Perform a variety of additional fabrication and prep work as needed, including: Shearing Sawing Grinding Drilling General material handling and fabrication tasks Read and follow work orders, drawings, and job instructions. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a strong focus on workplace safety. Qualifications & Requirements Previous CNC plasma, fabrication, or metalworking experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment and processes. Ability to safely operate an overhead crane or willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 70 lbs. throughout an 8-10 hour workday. Must be comfortable working on your feet and performing what can be at times, physically demanding fabrication work. Must be willing and able to work 40-50 hours per week , generally Monday-Friday, with workdays scheduled between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM . Must be able to successfully complete our pre-employment physical and drug screening.
